Our grooming assistants play an essential role in your pet’s grooming experience. They are typically responsible for the massaging baths and hand drying your pet. All of our assistants are students of the industry. Some have taken courses as part of the Grooming Assistant Program at Algonquin College or private seminars held by animal behaviour experts. We are very proud to have these members contribute to our professional team.

All members of our team are always eager to further their skills. We attend private courses and seminars both in Canada and the United States. The certification process is really important to us, being certified means we have been tested and evaluated by professionals in our field and have met the high quality standard set within the professional grooming industry.
